Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Echon AI LLC ("Echon," "we," "us") is an implementation agency and product studio that builds AI-powered operating systems for home service and trades businesses. You can reach us at soren@echon.io or by mail at 116 Agnes Rd, Ste 200, Knoxville, TN 37919.
2. The services
Echon provides done-for-you systems implementation, including: design and build-out of operating systems around inbound calls, scheduling, quoting, and customer follow-up; AI phone assistance that answers calls, collects caller information, books appointments, captures quote requests, and takes messages; course platform, CRM, and workflow builds for trades coaches and course creators; and ongoing maintenance and improvement under a monthly retainer. The specific scope of each engagement is agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate business information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Billing
Project build-outs are billed as one-time project fees, quoted and agreed in writing before work begins. Monthly retainers and software subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period. Applicable taxes may be added where required. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor.
5. Cancellation policy
You may cancel a monthly retainer or subscription at any time by emailing soren@echon.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your service remains active until then, and you will not be charged again after cancellation. Project engagements may be canceled by written notice; you are responsible only for work completed up to the cancellation date.
6. Refund policy
- Monthly retainers and subscriptions: because cancellation stops all future charges and service continues through the end of the paid period, we do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
- Project fees: if you cancel a project engagement, any portion of the project fee attributable to work not yet performed will be refunded. Fees for completed work are non-refundable.
- Billing errors: if you were charged in error, or the service was materially unavailable during a billing period, contact us at soren@echon.io within 30 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Echon for unlawful purposes, to impersonate others, to place abusive or fraudulent call traffic, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
8. Call recording and data
Calls handled by Echon may be recorded and transcribed to provide the service. Where required by law, callers are notified that the call is being recorded. Your business data and your customers' data belong to you; we use it only to provide the service and do not sell it to third parties.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." While we work hard to answer every call accurately, Echon is an automated system and we do not guarantee that every call will be answered, transcribed, or handled without error. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Echon AI LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
